Flower Essences

Plant Essences from Wildheart Alchemy

Step into a quiet, living relationship with wild and cultivated plant beings through subtle, soul-nourishing essences.

In the wild places of the Earth, plants usually grow in community — adapting, communicating, and thriving. Each carries their own living wisdom, shaped by its relationship with the land. When a plant essence is made, this subtle intelligence is transferred to water, offering a gentle reconnection with nature’s guidance.

At Wildheart Alchemy, these are plant consciousness in a bottle — a bridge between your inner landscape and the quiet whispers of the Earth.

How Plant Essences Can Support You

Plant essences can help you:

  • Recognise and release outdated beliefs and patterns
  • Strengthen your energetic boundaries
  • Find deep calm and steadiness within
  • Ease worrying and repetitive thoughts
  • Support restful, nourishing sleep
  • Guide you gently to release stuckness from your body and psyche

Each essence works with you — not on you — meeting you where you are.

Wildheart Alchemy essences come from biodynamic or organic gardens, and wild landscapes where plant beings thrive. They’re made with care to maintain ecosystem balance.

Many are created through the living essence method, which uses no picked flowers. Instead, spring water sits nearby so flowers can offer their energy freely. When blooms are used, only one or a few are taken, as each holds the complete energetic pattern of the plant.

Each bottle holds:
  • Sun or moon energy
  • Pure spring water
  • The energetic imprint of the plant being
  • The life force of nature

Essences are preserved in water and a little alcohol. They can be taken orally, used on acupressure points, in creams, or sprays. They’re gentle, safe for everyone, and work well alongside other healing approaches.

*They can also be supplied as alcohol free xylitol pilules

NEW Fire Horse Essence Blend

A unique flower essence blend perfectly attuned to this powerful Year of the Fire Horse. The Fire Horse is known for its intensity, movement and powerful transformative energy. It represents courage, independence, and the willingness to move forward even when the path feels uncertain.

Fire, in nature, is both wild and renewing. It clears what is no longer needed and makes space for new growth.

Years like this can feel energising, inspiring… and sometimes a little unstable too.

This blend helps you to move through the release with ease and stand more in your power and courage.

Wildheart Alchemy Essence Blends

These blends have been specially created to help you to recognise and release unhelpful feelings and behaviour patterns.  They can be used over an extended period of time for long standing issues, or taken more frequently over a shorter time span for acute conditions.

You will find that many blends come in a convenient 30ml dropper bottle or a 50ml spray.

Directions for use:

Take 7 drops of the blend in a glass of water in the morning and again in the evening.

Some blends are also available as mist sprays with added essential oils for external use.

The essences in the blend were created in locations I have been drawn to over the past 6 years, perhaps in anticipation of what is happening in our world at the present moment.

Almond – invites us to take a moment out from all the craziness of external stimulus to find a still point within, to wait for an authentic inner response to life rather than just reacting to external circumstances.

Bladder Vetch – shows us how to be in community, there for the benefit of the whole without sacrificing oneself in the process. Great for any community endeavours , or for aligning the various communities of one’s body.

Hawthorn – invites us to see and experience life through the eyes of the heart. Brings the ability to feel the gentleness and protection of the heart.

Knotweed – I am in love with this often-vilified plant. Part of its beauty is that it gets through tough terrain. It gets right to the core of things, I have spent much time with it and sense it working at a cellular level. Teasing out, cleansing and balancing.

Mimosa – displays the web of life with its abundant yellow pom-poms. A reminder of our interconnected nature, of how to give, and to receive from the web of life with each in-breath and out-breath.

Olive – for exhaustion and burn out, Olive brings a new burst of energy, just like    the spring after a hard winter.

Beyond Abundance

We live in a world of plenitude, although we may personally feel unconnected to its flow in our life. This may be due to feelings or attitudes of not being enough, not having enough, feeling undeserving or unloved.  Often we create our own limitations as our energy follows the dictates of our thoughts and beliefs.

Through a conscious use of this blend you can become aware of any thoughts or feelings that limit you and then move through them, letting the blocks melt away. You can then become a co-creator with the flow of life and connect to your innate abundance.

The fastest way to abundance is an attitude of gratitude!

Take 7 drops of the blend each morning and evening.

In the morning choose one of the flowers in the blend and for a few moments, focus on how its particular qualities are reflected in your life.

In the evening when you take the blend look at what you feel gratitude for from your experiences through the day, or during your lifetime. The blend should be taken for several weeks for best effect.
